I personally think DMCI Homes - http://www.dmcihomes.com/ provides great services to its clients. I've been into 2 DMCI properties and it's well maintained. With regards with the problem of the location, yeah, some maybe located near squatter areas, but with DMCI Homes wide array of properties surely you can find properties that you will love. Remember that you have the power to choice the location. Choose wisely so that you can't feel regret in the future.

Nakakatuwa ang mga conversations. Puno ng galit sa mga developers. Kung sa bagay naman, if you're going to invest and spend money, e 'dun na sa dekalidad at alam mong makakasiguro ka by all means. Para sa akin, the best ang DMCI Homes, kasi they never fail to upgrade and they really give importance on community building and development. That's just unprofessional and totally unethical.

DMCI Homes, for me, is the best real estate developer in the Philippines. In terms of reliability and professionalism, DMCI Homes ranks no. 1. In fact, last May 31, 2012, it was recognized by the Reader’s Digest as one of the most trusted brands in property development in the Philippines. This was a result of a 13-year survey period. No doubt, when compared to other unreliable property developers, DMCI Homes is the victor.

Enlighten me. Nagpa- reserve siya for only about 20k.

Actually, you can call it a scam. And what's worst is that nobody from the company has even reached out to you to offer assistance. I like how you associated the procedure with panliligaw. Tama! Ganiyan talaga sa una. They will treat you like you're the most important customer/ investor in their company. I appeal to you mugukiller.

The second time they told me this, sabi ko huwag na nila pagsabayin, i-send na yun isang pirmado na. Months later, wala rin pinapadala.

Useless hotline nila. Halatang nanloloko lang.

Mga agents nila, after ka mabentahan, tinatangal nila. So later on, wala nang nag-ga-guide sa buyer.

    WORST:
I'm an Atenean and if you've heard about the protest regarding the construction of SMDC's new development, Blue Residences, yes, I was there and is still in rage of their scatty decision. They have been abusing the zoning laws. QC Zoning Ordinance NO. SP918 S-2000 only allows buildings up to 24 stories along Katipunan Avenue but this is way over the said limit. What's more appalling is that there were no public consultation that took place. SMDC went straight to the city hall, bypassing the baranggay in order to get the permit. I believe that there are under-the-table transactions connected with this issue.

The possible repercussions on the construction of Blue Residences are what scare me: traffic and destruction from volcanic activity, since it is siting above a fault line.

    BEST:
DMCI Homes is undoubtedly the best. They truly are experts, and they have been in the business for a long time. They don't only build houses, they create relationships. I am a unit owner from Cypress Towers, a development of DMCI, and I am remarkably satisfied of everything about it: from amenities, maintenance, to its security. To approve of my vote, I am once again, buying a pre- sold condo unit at The Amaryllis, located at Quezon City.

I don't have any problems with condos nearside squatter areas. As long as the development is fully equipped with its security. That is what all matters to me, aside from the comfort and convenience it can provide.

I agree with what you said, DinoWood. Truly, DMCI Homes has been putting up developments that are strongly constructed. They have been really critical with every step they make and that is what I admire the most. They cater to their customers' needs.

I am now residing at Cypress Towers, and it is in close proximity from the squatters area but there had been no problems at all. I can attest to that.

For me, the best residential developer is DMCI Homes. In fact, last month, they have been recognized by the Reader’s Digest as one of the most trusted brands in residential development in the Philippines.

As of Oct 2011, to my surprise, the bldg has no change at all since I saw it last Jul and Pan Asia said they have investors problems and they are giving a new target date of 3Q of 2012?!?!?! goodness! Make sure that if you'll buy their Sunshine Garden II unit, the building is already RFO.
The risk in buying a pre-selling condo can be eliminated if you choose the right developer. Just to advertise a bit, DMCI Homes is one of the most trusted brands in the real estate development field. You may get a reservation for DMCI’s latest projects such as Zinnia Towers, The Amaryllis and Rhapsody Residences

Sa tingin ko isa sa mga stong points para masabi na best and worst real estate developers sila ay through their clients testimonials the voice of their current dwellers makes that strong power and influence.

  17. #417
My worst would have to be SMDC, because they're violate regulatory rules such as iniquitous adding of floors and measurements in their spaces even when not agreed.

My best, on the other hand, is DMCI Homes because aside from the name it already has established, it has built more than 500 projects and is still continuing to do so. These developments are proven to exceed Filipinos' expectations on security and comfort.

  18. #418
View Zinnia Towers’ property profile here.
