Wink Any feedback about St. Monique Valais?

Although malayo cia, I am eyeing for this place to settle next year kasi may school sa loob at commercial center so kahit papaano accessible na rin cia...

Sino po nakatira dito or nakarating na sa ST. MONIQUE VALAIS? Please share your experience here. Na-deliver ba *** promise in terms of finish ng mga units? How about the subdivisions' amenities?

Feedback naman please. Para makatulong din na mapag-isipan kung dyan kami kukuha ng bahay. Thanks.

    St.Monique Valais

Nakapunta na ko twice.Ang ganda ng school at developed na yung subdivision. My sis got a unit there.May amenities na sya like clubhouse, pool, school if you have kids ( up to high school),shuttle,24 hours transportation. If you want I can refer a good agent , if you want to get a hose and lot there. You can have someone in the Philippines to look it personally and mag SPA ka na lang. I got one H and L there and yung sis ko. There is the location of the Pinoy Big Brother house model na nakikita mo sa TV.

Very peaceful ang environment.last week lang ako kumuha dyan pati sis ko.

i love st monique! go buy ka na ng unit. we moved there in may 2008 at sa ngayon sanay na kami ni husband na mag-commute everyday. ako sa makati, sya sa manila. imagine that. tyagaan kasi pag-uwi mo naman sa place tanggal ang pagod. presko ang hangin, malinis ang paligid, mababait mga kapit-bahay...

malayo talaga kung titingnan pero sulit naman. naka-enroll din sa colegio de st monique yung panganay ko at generally speaking secure ang mga bata sa loob kahit yaya lang kasama sa bahay...im sure darating ang panahon everything will be well within reach kasi mabilis mag-develop ang vicinity kasi may demand na from the homeowners. ang ayoko lang yung traysikel from pantok to the gate kasi sinisiksik ang apat na tao sa loob (imagine) pero other than that happy ako dito. so far walang masyadong problema sa finishing ng units, pero kung may konting problem report lang agad at mabilis sila mag-respond. medyo masikip na sa clubhouse kasi sa dami na ng residente but there are plans to build another clubhouse malapit sa townhouse units.

i hope u have decided to buy. see you there. nasa townhouse lang kami

Oo nga. I really wanted to see the place. From the looks of it, presko nga talaga. Yun nga lang, inde pa ko nakakapunta.

  16. #16
BTW, how far ang traysikel ride from Pantok to St. Monique? Then bawal sila pumasok sa loob ng subdivision right? So yung shuttle naman, how long do you have to wait for it?

Then what if I go home late, is it safe?

    Good day,

My family is planning to get a house sa st monique pag umuwi na kami sa pinas next year. My previous work was in Ortigas and makati nung 2005, ganu po katagal normally yung travel to makati and ortigas pag commute and by car?

  19. #19
I've been there. You really need a car to leave there. I mean commuting is okay naman siguro. Pero medyo nalalayuan ako. Kasi from the highway, aakyat pataas yung tricycle.

Pero I have to agree, the place is lovely.

Commute to Makati, depends on what time siguro you will be travelling and the mode of transportation. FX - I went there on a Sunday and viola, one hour, with traffic, maybe two? Bus, dunno, didn't take this route so I couldn't say anything.

Car to Makati, one hour din. With traffic, maybe two.
