Yes, no need for a darkroom, although you have to load the film into the tank in darkness.
After developing you can scan the film and save as JPEG or whatever digital format you desire.
You can then print the image or bring it to a photo shop to print large format pics.

Btw, there is a place in QC that was set up by some film photographers to cater to film users. The place has a darkroom and enlargers so you can develop your film, and print on photographic paper the traditional way i.e. using chemicals. The name of the place is Red Room and as far as I know it is the only one that uses traditional methods. You can rent the room and pretty much do what traditional film photographers do.
