i used to work in one of the best brokerage firm in the country. for equities trader (non-CSR), entry level is around 15k. but you have to take the CSR exam as one of the requirement for your regularization. from there you'll have a salary increment. if you fail, retake lang ng retake until you pass. i heard they receive big commission, especially if bull market. for non-trader position, based on my experience, average salary bracket pero binawi naman sa benefits and extra bonuses. i'm not sure with other brokerage firms.

How do you guys apply for broker assistant? Do you need any special training or seminar to qualify or can a fresh grad apply?

baka may nagwork jan sa IT dept nila. share naman ng salary at compensation

I know people who work in IT dept and they stay there for several years now. Not exact with the comp and benefits but for sure malaki sahod nila.
