yeah...hanggang 14k lang ang ibibigay nila sa iyo. They have this so called "incentives" na parang ayaw nila ibigay sa mga employees, because they will do their best magka-IR ka, etc. So again guys. Do not apply sa Avalon Edunet plus. Or else, you will regret your stay there. Mahilig sa power tripping and di marunong mag alaga sa mga employees. I speak for the employees and not just only my experiences I had there. That company is really a factory of plastics. sorry.. BANGUNGOT!

Hello. Can anyone recommend a company currently hiring online essay editors/proofreaders? I have been working as a home based essay editor (English essays written by Koreans) for a year now but the amount of work available has been scarce to the point that I can't rely solely on that job to augment my income. Office-based companies are fine with me as long as its within Cubao area/nearby areas. I prefer editing than home based online teaching because I don't have a private space conducive for teaching at home. But if anyone can also suggest a good office-based online teaching job (phone or webcam class) that's not too far from Cubao and accepts applicants without previous teaching experience, and has a work schedule of between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., I would appreciate that as well. Thank you.

2 hours? aba Hijo, nagpartime kapa.. 4 hours part time nga eh pahirapan pa sa pagkuha ng slot, 2 hours pa kaya.

Okay ang training sa NeungYule Eduphone, Inc. madaming matutunan pero mahigpit. Twice a week and elimination during the training period.

Ang pangit sa NY ay ang management. They treat (esp HR dept naku puro pinoy pa man din sa HR) their employees like crap pero sumusunod lang daw sila sa orders.

Puro lies and empty promises. Nagkaron ng mass resignation nung Dec last year at Jan this year. What they did was hire people outside of the company to teach their students dahil nga nag-alisan yung mga teachers. Pero yung mga hinire nila grabe mali mali grammar, hindi talaga maayos yung English pero "perky" so ayun. Yung mga "teachers" na yun hindi daw under ng company pero they make it seem that those are sa mga students nila. They lie a lot to their students and employees. I think they are the ones destroying their own reputation because of their greed. Yung mga Koreans na nagpapalakad mababa tingin sa employees. Yung mga SSS,Philhealth etc na kinakaltas hindi dun napupunta. And when you try to go to DOLE, they'd say better resign or quit. Omg Uso rin ang power tripping dun.

Maganda yung place, though at malaki yung mother company sa Korea (Neungyule Education) PERO sobrang barat nila yung mga tiga Neungyule Eduphone.

Okay naman sa JP Network madali lang makapasok kaso parang ang dami ng teachers at pero di ganun karami students. Ikaw pipili sched mo pero daming idle time. Pag wala student, wala bayad. Nangyari na sakin 4 hours ako naka-online isa lang ang student ko. Sayang lang kuryente. P50 per lesson sila dito. Marami students pag weekends lalo pag gabi. Mababait naman ang staff, may ibang mataray.

yung UNHOOP na kalaban ng RAREJOB mas credible dun(unhoop), wag kayo mag-aapy sa RAREJOB, mahigpit sa mga rules, protocalls, at ang ooC pa!

sa UNHOOP na lang kayo kung gusto nyo mag homebase, un nga lang, attend kayo ng training sa office nila sa makati, mga 2 weeks lang naman pero masaya (in my opinion) .Most of the their staffs are kind and considerate, paid yung training at ma-reimburse nyo pa yung pamasahe nyo.

Natakot tuloy ako kasi akala ko un na un so kahit pala pasado ako sa exam, di pa pala enough yun. First time ko lang po nagapply sa industry na to. Natakot po tuloy ako sa sinabi nyo.. Pwede ko po ba malaman ang ginagawa sa training? Salamat po.

Well about Pinas Group, sobrang barat ang offer nila sa mga newbies nila. ang dami pa nilang mga achu-chu. 35per class pang mababa rank mo, ex (Rank D) (they have this hierarchy for teachers.) and if you are ranked A, 55 per class lang. parang pang provincial lang ang rate! On top of that, sa interview, kakatawa yung amg interview sayo. pa british-british accent pa tunog **** naman.
