siguro nasa process pa rin ako ng acceptance. acceptance na non reactive ako its an improvement that i don't have panic attacks that often. i had an appointment with a psychiatrist a couple of weeks ago and he said na yung level of anxiety ko ay normal na kasi hindi naman sya nakakaapekto sa aking day to day living. the mind heals itself sabi nya. i think i'll get a dog.

Just got back from a check up. Thursday, the left side of my throat hurts when am swallowing saliva. Pag food and any type of drink hindi siya masakit. Tapos there's this clicking sensation pa. It puzzled me kasi pag nagswaswallow lang ako ng saliva masakit. Nung nagpacheck ako, the doctor said my swollen lymph node daw ako sa throat. He said I have an infection, most likely bacterial infection daw. He prescribed me 2 different meds for 7 days.

What bothers me is, ngayon pa talaga ako nagka lymph node when am waiting to get tested. Now my anxiety is back again. Parang manhid na ako, I even had thoughts of suicide kahit na nilalabanan ko.

Nabasa ko story mo and I would say na you have no risk at all. your saliva contains dozen of enzymes/proteins that will damage hiv virus. kaya sabi nila oral sex is low/no risk at all. nung nagpacheck ako, sabi ng doctor na wala pa syang nagiging patient na nagka-hiv dahil sa oral sex.

it's ok. alisin mo lahat ng negativity sa katawan mo. lalo mo lang maaatract ang negative things. be more positive para positive things din maatract mo. o baka isipin mo hiv positive naman ha. consult a psychologist, sabi mo na rin na may history of depression ka.

Hi po bago lang ako dito. May na experience po ako dito sa Saudi isa po akong gay. May na ka oral sex po ako dito na arab nalunok ko yung semen niya.
