    Ang pangit talaga ng management ng MANNASOFT wala iba iniintindi kundi kapakanan ng mga manager nila paano na ang mga kawawang empleyado na nag tatrabaho. At eto pa pag gusto nyo lumaki sweldo nyo mag resign kayo saka kayo bumalik ulit basta BFF kayo ng HR ok na malaki na sweldo nyo pag balik nyo kahit wala kayo nagagawa para sa companya.. ibang klase ayus....

    1. good training ground for new grads (specially the development group) kasi sabak ka na agad sa mga project nila which are all i think ages pa nila ginagawa. kaya rambol rambol na mga codes since wlang standards na sinusunod, mahahasa ka talaga kung ikaw ang gagawa.

    intERNET usage..... basically internet here is para ka lang nasa cafe kase lahat ng sites pede mo iaccess tnx to the technical group sa kakatipid hirap sila i secure ang kanilang network... *** ang mga employees dahil nasanay ng me FB twitter at kung anu anu pa eh and productivity is nababawasan...

    HR and ACCOUNTING.... *** po sa iskwelahan ang mga empleyado ng mtc nde po nila kailangan ang paghhigpit na iniimpose nio... FYI main reason po iyan kaya ang turn over ng mga tao sa inyo npakabilis....

    small concern...

    Christian company? or Bible study?
    what about those people who are not christians?

    i am not old school though i am in my 30's but i am no knee-bender. lucky for me i am not in a company like this i don't wanna feel isolated, but i respect those people who have devotion in their God. every one must believe in something.

    mannasoft.... well what i can say is that. the Management sucks... you know why? employees are treated like students, specially in HR Management. they impose regulations like not wearing sneakers or rubber shoes during Friday which is wash day, They didnt know that when u wear leather shoes for 5days this has effects on the vains of our feet. thats why companies nowadays allowed there employees to wear rubber shoes, just because of this study.

    you dont want to be with this company. next year more employees of mannasoft will resign. they cant resign now because they are band. i pitty mannasoft they didnt look up for there employees welfare.

    They offer certification, its just an exam it didnt really help employees because even if your certified you dont have proper training for that certifications and microsoft certification exams cann easily downloaded and memorize. thats why they got perfect scores.

    The HR are "Plastic" they are not true to there self.

    I didnt see real christian living with this company, i may self im not convinced because of how they act and treat employees.

    the company also loos its LAR accounts in microsoft. these means that it loos also its big enterprise accounts in selling its microsoft licenses.

    salary here are not market price. mannasoft is just a training ground. for them selves they are proud, but the employees are not proud because they are in mannasoft.

    you would not buy in-house software for this company. plenty of bugs. try to have it demo. and you will have your bugs.... hehehe.

    there QA "what they call it" they dont know how to QA a system the proper on how to really QA it. they are not even trained for it.

    SDLC are not being use properly. if your a developer you will loos your patience.

    what mannasoft needs is change of management....

    they are not organized. they are good if they are talking to you but after they will stub you at the back.

    you are correct coolman..... that is what is seem to be the problem.. the bond their employees for trainings and what will they get? instead of technical trainings they receive personality development trainings that really sucks for an I. T. company!

    well lahat daw ng bago sa MANNASOFT naka bond ng 2 yrs... programmer , PM na walang ka kwenta kwenta pati mga technical kulang na lang pati sales naka bond para di mabilis ang turn over. Ang kapalit training na walang kwenta din galing sa HR na walang kwenta . wag mag padala sa pangako dahil laging napapako....

    Maganda sana ang name ng mannasoft kaso, panget lang talga how they treat their employees, ***** sa mga matagal na sa company bka okay. pero sa mga bagohan. hmmm not good. biruin mo bond ka agad ng 2 years kung gusto mo regular sa company. eh included daw sa bond *** training, eh wala nmang training, *** training ng HR na walang kwenta....... is it worth 200,000.00... heelloooo mannasoft.... ang panget ng discarte nyo.

    alam nyo guys wala talagang benefits ang mannasoft, actually nga ngyon nag hihingalo na *** company na mannasoft, kasi natangal na sila sa LAR ng microsoft, LAR Kasi ang bumubuhay sa mannasoft.

    Ang HR hindi talga maganda patakaran, pati ang accounting.

    Hindi pa competitive ang mga salaries na binibigay sa mga programmers. kawawa mga programmers sa mannasoft.

    Mannasoft for 20years in IT business mag grow ka **** nahuhuli ka sa IT Industries.

    Mga Monitors ang papanget pa, CRT parin ginagamit

    wala sa standards ang mga business process nila.

    dapat sa mannasoft CHANGE MANAGEMENT....

    still mannasoft sucks!!! nakonsensya na ba *** HR recruiter at ngresign na?? nde na ba kaya ng powers mo manloko ng applicant pare tanggapin ang offer ng mannasoft?

    at i heard na yung training manager ngresign na rin,,,, wala sigurong growth??? :-)
