I worked with this company 4 years ago. I may say nung time na un eh hindi pa ganun kacompetitive *** company. It is owned by a filipino chinese. Hindi siya ganun kalaking company.
In terms of working environment, nung time ko kasi mababait talga *** mga tao. From the messenger up to the president. Hindi ko lang alam ngayon kung ganun pa rin.
In terms of benefits, dont expect much. Pero in terms of technology, they are microsoft partner and other out of the box software so hindi ka **** mapagiiwanan. Pero if your looking for a greener pasture, this company is not for you. Come 6 months, surely you will submit your resignation letter.

wala naman atang pexers tong company na to...walang sumasagot eh,
and come to think of it, IT company sila...or mahigpit lang siguro sa gamit ng internet? I called once or twice ata for computer maintenance, I was trying to know kasi kung asan na old techies nila,
they won't tell, miss namin yung kulet nila eh...anyway goodluck sa mga applicants...as per un old techies nila, good training ground tong company na to...stepping stone ba ga? this is all we know...

hello interview here at mannasoft is quite alright naman as long as you know to answer to simple questions they are asking you with regards to the position you are applying. The problem is dont expect them to offer or match youre asking price..tatawaran ka sa HR pa lang......

yah ,,, korekek me isang employee nga jan before.. he was made to believe na *** asking price nya eh bibigay ,, so after resigning from his former job and going to mannasoft so start working on the 3rd day he was asked to sign the contract na ang sweldo nya eh mas mababa ng 20% sa asking price nya ... lokohan dba,,,

If you want a job that will give you a good benefits and management NEVER try this company.

Benefits:
1. 13 month pay daw (This is mandatory so its not a benefit)
2. HMO or Maxicare -dude pang ward lang eto!winner diba?
3. Training -hmmm...2 department lang ang nakakareceive ng training na to (this is the reason why I tried this company..unfortunately, WALA akong nakuhang training)

Well, actually yan lang ang sinasabi nilang benefits..Some employees dito walang contract, san ka naman nakakita ng empleyadong 7 months na sa company yet no contract at all..so ano habol mo dito?Aside from that, for me IT company dapat flexi time but here oh no! 10hrs of work, bawal kumain sa area, bawal lumabas kapag may bibilhin ka, bawal tumawa ng malakas, bumabagyo na't lahat hindi ka papauwiin (papauwiin ka lang yata dito kpag nakikita na nilang pwde mo na languyin ang salcedo st.)

Yung HR recruiter suuuper bait kaya if she will approach you or invite you for an interview akala mo maganda dito kasi maganda ang mga sinasabi nya.

Super baba ng rate dito, daig pa divisoria makipag-tawaran dito. Yun na nga lang sana ang ibibigay inspite of the 3 benefits eh pinagdadamot pa nila. Uso dito ang salitang RESIGN kasi lahat dito pinapangako yet nothing happen! Kapag humingi ka ng salary increase, yeah bibigay nila sayo..pero wag ka! utang na loob mo yun ha?! at san ka naman nakakita ng salary increase na 1k?hahaha yeah right increase pa din naman ang tawag dun..pero yung 1k mo taxable pa ) ayos db?


Nakakita ka na ba ng DEPARTMENT pero 2 lang ang tao?oh yes its here! its existing here, and yung department nyo pagtalikod mo eh ibang department na! ayos! para kang nasa computer shop!

Ikaw gusto mo pa ba sa company na to?hindi uso dito ang salitang GROWTH, if you want growth and professionalism never ever try Mannasoft!
