Salary comparison: What is your starting base salary? and current salary? after how many years? Kahit range lang.That will give us a view kung how much ang increase sa market value natin ska ng industry. Also include the industry ***. Skip na natin benefits.

starting ko dati: 12k
current salary:40k+ after 6 yrs
industry: i.t

since 2006: around 350k (getting smaller every year, pesteng exchange rate. I'm affected since I telecommute from my PH home)

I won't post actual figures for me, so here goes

1st work (call center, 2004): 1.00 (baseline)
Current work (engineering company): 1.85

hmm depende if your salary is enough na *** sa needs and wants mo..me for example don't have a family yet to feed just me..ok na ****..but **** *** may mga families with children mukhang kukulangin..
