    she wore it to some coronation thing her dad didn't want her to go to a couple of weeks ago and I didn't wanna spend money to rent some scungy gown so I made her this. she wore it with some dark denim knickerbockers and denim Barbie peep-toes and voila! rock 'n' roll princess material! hehehe

    same here. i enjoy cross stitching but i hated sewing

    pa-join ha....dati addict ako sa cross-stitching,madami na din akong nagawa,some of which ay nakaframe at nakadisplay dito sa house namin.i even made a huge ghost fighter,as in super laki kaya di ko napaframe kasi mahal.pero matagal-tagal na din yung last kong project,di ko nga nga natapos but when i found this thread bigla agad nakainteres na magcross-stitch ulit.

    kung sa sm ka titingin, stitches n things yung kadalasang meron, pero sa sm fairview at sa megamall, me DMC store pa ata dun. meron din market market, sa may gift market section, me binili akong isang pattern dun. meron din sa farmers plaza, malapit sa escalator 2nd floor ata, dito ako bumili nung thread na nagbabago ng hue every few stitches. kung malapit ka sa up diliman, meron din sa stairs ng citimall sa philcoa

    pag nagi-stitch kayo, very particular b kayo sa itsura ng likod? ako kasi i strive na maging 'malinis' pati yung likod para flat talaga yung aida cloth pag ife-frame na. saka sort of puzzle-solving na rin sa akin kasi kung paano ia-accomplish ito

    wow, ang galing naman nung crocheted stuff..hindi ako makabuo kahit maliit na purse eh..hehe..

    yung sa crosstitching naman..meron na akong nagawa before..kaya lang elem pa ko nun kaya cartoon characters..haha..

    btw, meron ba kayong alam na shop na pwedeng magpagawa ng pattern from a picture..i want to give them as gifts din sana..thanks

    ako naman last year lang ako natuto magcross stitch. kung hindi dahil sa officemate ko baka hindi ko na naexperience tong hobby na ito.

    actually nung high school pa ako pangarap ko ng magcross stitch kaya lang hindi natutuloy kasi iba pa yung mga pinakaka-abalahan ko. dream ko macross stitch yung picture ng favorite kong band :-)
    so nung binisita ko yung ka-officemate ko sa bahay nila nakita ko yung mga works nya then sabi ko sa sarili ko "uy pangarap ko to nung high school pa ko waaah!!!!"

    first kit ko binili ko sa carolina's in libertad pasay then next pattern binili ko naman sa dmc megamall. title ng pattern is under the sea ata. binili ko *** kasi colorful. yung 1st kit ko kasi ilang kulay lang so hindi ako masyado nachallenge. kaya etong 2nd pattern ko sa sobrang daming kulay ndi ko pa rin *** matapos hanggang ngayon mag one year na *** hehehe!

    yes, tapos gusto ko pantay yung lapat ng bawat thread sa harap. yung iba kasi nag o-over lap. i look closely at a finished work kung talagang pulido yung gumawa.

    nakatpos na ako earth angel, malapit na matapos girls with bicycles, ngayon garden naman... hehe medyo adict na rin.

    san ba nakakabili ng mga lanarte patterns for cross stitch? nakarating na ako dv, sm wala sila maganda... dating suki ko sa divisoria mall wala na.

    I also do cross-stitching. Actually this craft is very versatile, you can use this technique in making towel, table runner, place mat etc... Since it is Christmas time, i like to make handmade cards. And i did one just recently, a Pocket Christmas Card. It was so named because it has pockets, and for which i made tags to put in it. One of the tags i did was cross-stitched, and it turned out to be nice.
