ask mo si talltangirl... sya recruiter sa infosys ngayon. ewan ko lang kung tatagal sya sa mga ******. yung pinaka boss ng infosys philippines mahilig kasi manigaw na parang katulong ka lang. marami na nag resign na from HR at OPS dahil sa kanya.

There's really no perfect company - i agree. what you can do is help make a good working environment for you and your colleagues specially if you'd want to be employed long term.

if you're not having fun at work then i guess it's time to leave. if you feel that coming to work is a burden --- ask yourself why.

People get frustrated when they don't get what they want. Sometimes even if there is an alternative, they don't see it that way because they're just so focused on what they want or on what they think is right. Now they try to rant and eventually they find others who are in the same situation. so they have ranting and bashing sessions. this builds up the frustration and then loathing comes in. all of a sudden, they seem to be spreading the virus of loathing. they just don't realize they have a choice. cc taway

Nursing grads? Pwede pa siguro if you were hired under the previous management which was epldt. Pero with Infosys, not too sure. Recruitment team may entertain nursing grads, but when it comes to interview which is conducted by OPS Manager or Team Leads, ewan ko lang..

Tama ka blaze4509.. wala ngang perpektong company.
But in-regard with the choices, we should also think the other way around, what if walang choices na ibinigay? ano ba ang gagawin mo? employees act like that dahil sa emotion, kaya nilang sabihin ang mga bagay bagay na nde dapat which is in the end pwedeng tama at mali.
