hey guys/gals! gud evening musta kayo? ako? eto may times na malungkot pero mas nagiging lessen na yung times na malungkot sa masaya/peace in me due to meditation and meditation decreases anxiety/fear/depression and have some love in you/peace/joy from within it helped me maybe you guys/gals may benefit from meditation i'm speaking from experience.

update on my social skills im still learning to talk with other people and stuff, i used to be the silent ones in school but now i'm trying to talk to people and stuff and hopefully some groups will accept me since i have no groups in my section in class in school. i have acquintances that can be counted in my finger and some are close to me some are not.

use to get unreasonable fear/unreasonable thoughts in my mind.

pasensiya na po kung mahaba at ingles sa ingles lang ako comfortable mag labas ng nasa loob ko hehehehe.

Ei loners! Wala pakong friend na loner at tingin ko yung na siguro yung pinaka-ideal friend for me, yung maiintindihan din social anxiety ko at iba pang kaweirduhan. In a way, pangarap ko rin talaga magkaroon ng friend na tulad ko na limited ang social skills. Im not a total loner, and I have quite a number of friends in fact, pero I find it hard to make new ones. And yung mga tao na friend ko, I think nafriend ko sila dahil masyado friendly sila that they can bring out the friendliness in me. (Anraw? Hehe.) Gusto ko sana magkaroon ng bagong friends here. We can hang out and do stuff, talk, share our loneliness (or your loneliness, mejo masaya ako for the moment eh), etc. PM me.

I think after mo mag malling, after mo labasan from watchin
g your porn clips, after mong mag fit ng mga damit na hindi mo naman binili, etc. dun mag sisink in ulit yung LONELINESS to an even higher level.

Here's my suggestion. Mag volunteer sa isang charity/socio civic org like PAWS, Red Cross, GK, etc.

try to meditate guys at read the book "the power of now" by eckhart tolle it helps me in reducing the anxiety and depression. i might be sad at one time but who doesnt? btw @ the book can found in google.
