good luck to the UP WVT in their remaining games. i hope that they will be given more off-season exposure by joining tournaments such as the Shakey's V-League.

i have told toni na about their being error prone... and it's good they themselves are aware of their shortcomings naman pala. they know they lack consistency so for sure they're doing something about it. pero as BK said, dapat additional exposures pa rin sa high level tournaments to hone their skills.

alam niyo guys, may potential talaga itong UP WVT into becoming a Final Four-quality team. kulang lang talaga sa exposure, most especially sa mga off-season tournaments such as the Shakey's V-League, kaya medyo sumasablay o hindi maganda ang finish during the regular UAAP women's volleyball competition.

increase their exposure, recruit more potent players and intensify their training and development and you will see the UP WVT finally cracking the UAAP women's volleyball competitions' Final Four match-ups.

BK, crowd support lang kulang nung team. makita lang nilang maraming nanonood at may mga dalang banner (pwede din flowers) malamang gaganahan sila lalo. imagine, mapuno ng mga screaming and shouting up fans kahit iyung 1/4 lang ng BEG tingnan natin kung hindi kabugin iyung mga kalaban. dali, gawa ka na ng banner para sa kanila

medyo napansin na nga ni toni dumami ang photographers last time (sunday). sabi ko di kaya naconscious sila kaya nagkaganun laro nila? well, i also said kailangan na nila masanay sa limelight kasi padami na ng padami fans/supporters/followers nila. =) si jed nga, nasa bleachers daw siya pero me mga kumukuha pa rin ng pics niya. haha!

oi, hindi po. far from that. just sharing some of our recent exchanges since it doesn't concern me lang naman kundi para din sa mga iba pang supporters nila at ng buong team. they really appreciate our support though they can't really post here. basta all i can say is that this thread doesn't just exist in vacuum.

to a diehard fan wins and losses are just secondary, i personally chose to support them because i see them as one big barkada of college students enjoying the game of volleyball.

they may not doing well as far as standings goes but i can assure you these girls have a cult following.

besides, sama mo na rin na sila ang pinakamaganda at hottest na uaap team hands down

Totoo ba na mawawala na si Manukay at Castaneda next season? if so magiging malaking dagok sa UP WVT yun seeing that Castaneda contributes a lot.

Interested ako kung sino ang mailalagay naman sa next season line up nila.

as far as i know jed montero is also from jasms while carmela lopez is from ust hs. i have no idea about the others.

sayang yung 3rd set, panalo na sana nakahabol lang ang ADMU. Magaling talaga yung Soriano, but UP gave them quite a scare. Magaling sina Castaneda at Hernandez, but the team needs more improvement. Too much unforced errors.
