guys how many times a day nyo tntake yung nutra?I read the contents and nakalagay n 250mg/cap.. eh db ang ratio dpt 20mg/kg?? if 45kg ako, dapat 900mg *** itake ko per day... that means mga 4 caps per day supposedly... ok lang ba n 2 caps per day?effective n b un??tamang tama kasi I just got back from theprovince and ngdarken n yung skin ko.. ttingnan ko if effective ba talaga yung belo.. is it really effective? matagal na kasi akong naghahanap ng pang paputi kaya lang sa sobrang dami na available sa market, im really having a hard time choosing the right brand for me. natatakot kasi ako na baka magkaron ng allergic reaction. tapos ive been seeing derma clinics na nag ooffer din ng mga 50% to 90% OFF na service. i always see them sa DealsTent website eh. Have you tried yung sa mga derma clinics?

ishigaki is one of the cheapest brands. i am currently using it kasi cheap nga siya eh first time ko mag gluta kaya nasa trial stage pa lang. ika-10th day ko pa lang bukas at di ko pa gaano nakikita ang epekto.

Hi.. sa nabasa ko sa thread ng users at sa mga nagbebenta, yep.. may cause asthma.
One time nag shot ako ng Saluta.. 1200mg + 500mg vit C. Nahilo ako tas nahirapan ako huminga.. tho hindi sya ganon ka-severe. -- madalas talaga may hilo effect and heaviness of breathing.. ganon.

May nabasa din ako sa thread na wala lang naman nangyare sa sa kanila kundi pumuti . Depende din talaga sa reaction ng katawan mo.
