The Thai tea at Som's Noodle House is really good, it's like milk tea. Their's is cheap pa, P40 and it comes in a bottle, around 1 1/2 glasses worth.

2 chowking na napuntahan kong may matigas na tapioca sa nai cha nila. parang di luto.

anyway, singapore has the best milk tea. kahit dun lang sa tabi-tabing kainan nila walang sinabi ang mamahaling milk tea-han dito. (sabagay magkasingmahal lang din pala sila HAHA)

locally, chatime gongcha at serenitea palang ang milk tea places na naexperience ko. i'd say serenitea.
