Hello! I was phone interviewed last night(technical) by a recruiter from 77 Global Services. She's offering me a Systems Integrator Position with a 30-40k salary but without benefits. Inemail nya na din ako about the job description and sa totoo lang as I back red nakakaloko *** email na!

Please be informed that we have a NO BACK OUT agreement with our client so we want to make sure that everything is clear regarding the Job Description, Your schedule for the Technical phone interview or face to face interview and the terms and conditions of the employment as well.

Please note that at this point, we are still waiting for your consent (If you are willing to proceed with client submission). We would like to give you first the opportunity to review the terms and conditions of the employment. Once we get a go signal from you, then we could formalize everything and proceed in presenting you with a job offer if everything goes well. Please provide the following information:

Totoo po ba talaga na ganito? Di ko rin sya gaano maintindihan. I asked her if what's next after the phone interview. Then sinabi nya na I will undergo documentation. So ito siguro *** sa email na sinend nya..

Ask ko lang po *** CURRENT FEEDBACK about sa company. Maganda ba ito interms of career development?Well kung salary ang pag-uusapan ENTICING talaga for me. But then walang benefits.

pag contractual sir kadalasan wala talagang benefits.

im not sure kung naghahanap sila ng trainees dito, since consulting ang company na ito, mga experienced hire lang siguro ang hanap nila. if i were you, id look for a more established company para mag start, like accenture, pointwest, ibm (not sure kung open parin sila for fresh grads), etc.

sa mga nagtatanong ng mga good feedback.

wala akong maibigay. totoo yung isa na nagsabi na yung isang manager hindi man lang marunong mag english.
totoo rin na yung HR nila bulok! at mas pinabulok pa. hanggang sa huling sandali mo sa kumpanyang ito aasarin ka pa rin nila yung tipong dapat mong paghirapan pati pag alis mo. kahit na sinunod mo *** terms nila na 30 day notice. marami akong kakilala na buryong sa backpay nila. yung backpay mo sabi nila "45 working days" daw parang 2 months yun. tapos pag nagfollow up ka after ng "45 working days" dun pa lang talaga "sisimulan" ang process ng tseke mo hanggang sa abutin na yun ng 4 months wala ka pa ding COE at backpay.

balita ko merong 3 empleyadong nag salary loan sabay nag AWOL. dahil alam nilang ndi naman nila makukuha agad ang backpay nila.

They can say all the good things during the job offer. that you have the chance to be like this and that in 6 months time.. but Noooo! don't be fooled.

Kung nag-salary loan ka bakit ka pa maga-awol? Mag-resign ka, ibawas sa backpay mo ang utang mo, malamang halos pantay lang. Mahirap mag-awol, at mas mahirap kung maisip nilang kasuhan ka.

tumawag sakin to kahapon for helpdesk analyst daw.. global banking firm daw ang client (hula ko JP Morgan)
I passed the initial technical interview at ni-disclose na kagad *** offer..
18k basic daw + transpo allowance + 10%night diff.. di ko na narinig *** iba. then monday daw final interview na kagad pero phone.. kaso nagbackread ako mukhang ayoko na gawing choice to..

I've been interviewed last Monday as 22nd floor. then 15mins interview lang for my background and experience. Tapos may online exam ako for PHP Developer position. May offer na din 25k before pa ako ma -interview. Nag-aantay ako ng result ngayon.

supposedly first face to face interview ko today after my phone interview last sat but i didn't pursue it because i also have an interview with another company at honestly tinamad ako magpunta buti nalang hindi ako tumuloy dahil 1 hour before the scheduled time nagtext sakin na moved daw ang interview ko tomorrow. parang wala silang etiquette, hindi man lang nila sinigurado muna alam naman nila na galing pa kong cavite at dadayuhin ko pa talaga ang ortigas.. woman's instict, buti nalang

Hello. I got a call last week and I was interviewed by HR. She said that I will be having my face to face interview by end of July. Help me decide, mejo ok offer nila. See below. 50k pero yung benefits prang talo. 2 years ang experience ko.

Eto ang offer nila skin:
· Monthly compensation of Php 50,000
· 13th Month Pay
· Government mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)

Other Benefits (upon regularization after 6 months probationary period)
· Leaves
o VL – 7 days SL – 5 days ( prorated)
o Birthday Leave – 1 day
o Bereavement Leave – 3 days

· Health benefit
o Intellicare (Php 150,000 per illness per year)
§ Free for employees
§ Enrollment of dependents via salary deduction
o Dependent Coverage – could be less than or equal to the HMO coverage of the principal member (77GSI employee)

· Salary Loan (equivalent to 1 month salary; payable in 1 year)
Laptop Loan (payable in 2 years)

· For onshore assignment:

Per diem allowance
Free board and lodging

Please take note that 70-day notice period upon resignation is applicable for all permanent employees.

^2 years of exp, QA, permanent position = 50K monthly. That's a lot of monthly salary for your experience and field. When I was there some years ago, QA with 2 years of experience were only receiving less than half of what you will earn. Or maybe, I don't have any idea with the current pricing of QA peeps today??

Wala na po ako dito 4 years ago pa. Pero I heard, if you are a fresh grad you will be bonded for 4 years.
