i once received a job offer from them back in 2006. it was an onshore assignment in the US. they just matched my salary back then (which was very high). benefits were average. i did not accept the offer. when asked why, i told them, why go abroad if i'm already earning the same salary here. then they told me, "makakapunta ka naman sa US." i told them, "eh nakakapunta naman talaga ako dun . para magbakasyon at hindi para magtrabaho"

Anong post ang inaalok o ina applyan mo? Regarding the salary not bad naman hindi nalalayo sa accenture, regarding sa benifits 13th mo transportation allowance kung kelangan mong pumunta sa office ng client at mejo malayo, tapos medical and dental services.work environment. ok naman sya.depende kung saang team o project ka mapupunta but so far so good naman yung environment. yung nga lang kung mejo mahigpit ang client nyo no cellphone sa workstation at no internet access. hehehehe and career growth.... kung developer or programmer ka ok sya kasi may training kayo. that's all I can say.

What about for Quality Analysts? Is this a good company? Strict ba dito? Do you have bonuses as well?

13th month lang ang meron sa 77, may performance incentive naman yung sodex-ho GC, and if it is a good company, well oo naman kasi l\malalaking company naman ang mga client nito. Btw, Im not working here na pala, I USED to worked here. A better offer comes to me kaya I decided to go and leave.

@myugen if you are in the operations yes ok mag work dito, madaming trainings at mataas ang salary, kung support group hindi masyado.
