Japanese food is very good and healthy. Ultimate fave cuisine ko yan. Favorite ko ang gindara/salmon teriyaki, Beef teppanyaki, sukiyaki, katsudon, oyster teppanyaki, ebi tempura, miso soup, tofu steak. Pag mga raw naman california roll and maki, salmon sashimi and the rolls of Omakase. M2 tops my list!!!
Kimpura for teppanyaki, Omakase for sushi, sashimi and maki. Pag medyo nagtitipid Sumosam pwede rin.Kaiseki masarap sana ang food but too pricey.
Kimpura meron yan sa Greenhills at Makati. Omakase sa Tomas Morato at Libis. Sumosam naman sa Shangrila sa Mandaluyong. Kaiseki sa The Fort.
