I'm not sure if this product is still offered by bpi but meron silang checking acct with passbook na 25k lang ang maintaining balance. they called it ka-negosyo.

yes under our Bank Anywhere facility provided same institution.

I know that merong Limit yung ATM na 20k per day, pero pwede daw mag over the counter if it's over than 20k yung kukunin basta kunin mo muna yung 20k sa ATM.

So question, pwde ba tong gawin in any BPI branch without a fee? Mag bibigay kaba ng ID for verification esp. your holding only an ATM card?

yes you can do this in any bpi branch. they have this database where they can view your signature card for their verification but it is always safer if you can present a valid id.

hi newbie here..
ask ko po kasi i opend a maxi saver acct and passbook lang ang meron ako walang atm...
i wasnt able to talk sa nag asikaso samin kasi kasama ko mom ko XD
and inoffer nila yung maxi saver so i said yes. I am also wondering kung me pinag kaiba ba ang passbook ng maxi saver acct sa regular one.. senxa na sa tanong hehe..
sa mga nabasa ko dito meron atm...

if you are withdrawing an amount more than the ATM limit, there is no need for you to go to the ATM first then withdraw the excess over-the-counter. if the teller asks you to do this, go straight to the Branch Manager

Just to clarify. Pretermination of SDA is no longer allowed. Now if you are referring to termination as cancellation of your auto-roll agreement with the Bank, it's a different thing.

your SDA is booked in the branch where you opened the placement thus interbranch termination is not allowed. However, you can ask the officers to relay your instruction to the Booking Branch that your are terminating your placement. If the Booking branch agrees , the accepting branch will ask you to sign a cancellation form.....they can scan an advance copy in the meantime with original to follow

With respect to additional placement, yes you may do that but a new trust account number will be assigned to that placement, thus the accepting branch becomes the booking unit.

the Maxi Saver account has two variants - with passbook or with ATM but can't be both.

it is different from a regular savings account because you earn a 1% bonus on the savings rate if no withdrawal was made for a particular month

regarding sa tsura ng passbook po ng regular at ng maxi? same *** po ba yun...
nung first month (jan) 80k tumubo ng 145 pesos..
then nung 2nd month (march)ng dep nko ng another 420
then ng update ako ng april 1k ang tinubo ng money..no withdrawals up until now..napapaisip kasi ako king ito na ba ang mataas sa bpi...

Can you clarify though that if you are trying to withdraw with your checking account (CA with ATM), the bank would require the depositor a check, so it would turn out to be a check encashment instead of simply a withdrawal.

as far as I know hindi lang pwede mag deposit ang BPI account holder sa BPI Family Savings Bank.

When it comes to withdrawal possible ito across all BPI ATM's.

BPI Direct is a 'virtual bank' you choose or nominate your branch. (hindi pa ako nakapag deposit sa teller kasi I usually use the Gold ATM to deposit money)

Maybe someone who's an employee of BPI can enlighten your question.

does that mean BPI direct atm cards do not have that mastercard logo therefore you cannot access/withdraw outside the country?

afaik, almost all machines now allow inter-network withdrawals (ex. union bank is megalink member but their machine accepts withdrawal from metrobank atm, a member of bancnet).

pwede po magwithdraw si bpi family kay bpi & v.v. pero thru ATM lang, deposit di pwede. if bpi direct naman pwede din magwithdraw sa Bpi/bpifb ATM and pwede din otc withdrawal/ deposit in any bpi branch, but I'm not sure kung pwede din sa family bank ang otc transaction ni bpi direct.

no need to write a check. you can fill-up the withdrawal slip generated by BEA or prepare the manual slip
