I think BPI Direct is a different bank from BPI and BPI-Family Savings Bank.
I don't know if they consolidate all your deposits from other banks of BPI and treat it as TRB.

Oo nga eh, baka di bilangin yung sa BPI Direct. Siguro kung UITF, MF at SDA placements bibilangin pa siguro yun.
But in the case of BPI Direct, I nominate a branch of convenience which could be a regular BPI or BPI Family Savings bank. Wala talaga silang brick and mortar bank. Doon lang sa branch na yun dadaan ang deposit ko sa kanila. Doon din dadaan lahat ng transactions na kailangan ko like enrolling bills, third party accounts, etc.
What to do with a very rude and feelingerang BPI teller or whatever at nakaupo sya sa table for customer service? Is making a letter addressed to the bank head enough? Will they even bother to read it?

If not, then you may have to open another bank account. It usually actually better to open a new one (it's free) than to activate an existing inactive/dormant account, where bank would charge you fees (by the hundreds) to activate the account.
