ELow po, I couldn't decide were to put this topic so dito na lang...

Here's the thing...before I was working in this company for 2 years as a regular employee then after my boss na pasaway resigned..naging floating and status ko...they hired a new employee pero ang ginawa nila nilipat yung trabaho ko dun sa bago so nawalan lalo ako ng ginagawa...this is because yung isang bading na head di nya masyado like...lam nyo na...So eventually kinausap na ako ng HR at nagoffer ng 2 years pay plus conversion ng sl vl kapalit ng resignation...So ginawa ko para di na humaba ang usapan...REsign

After that humingi ako mg tulong sa sister ko, kinuha ako ng boss nya, mabait naman...Ok naman yung work libre food kaya lang walang OT....Wala nga lang masyado gawa at parang walang direksyon. Kaya tyaga tyaga lang

Now all of a sudden...tinawagan ako nung dati kong kaopismate...matagal na sila nagkakaron ng problema dun sa pumalit sa akin kesyo palpak atbp...Yung ibang boss dun nirerequest dun sa bagong president na pabalikin na lang ako which na nagrerequest naman na mainterview ako.

Eto ngayon ang happy problem ko...babalik ba ako o hindi? Ano sa palagay nyo?

Hmm, kung pride at utang na loob yung ang pag-uusapan, I'd say stay with your new company. Almost the same ang benefits, magkakatalo lang sa basic pay. What do you mean walang direksyon yung work mo? So di malinaw yung JD you mean? Well, can't it be work out with the HR?

Pinaresigned ka sa dating company tapos ngayon gusto ka nila uli kunin? Aba, masaya sila ha. Ika nga ni John Loyd, they (old company) had you on your best, but the new company had you at your worst.

i don't think you're gonna post this if you're already happy with your current job. So if I were you, the fact that they wanted you back means that you have the power to renegotiate. For sure naman, iba na yung magiging boss mo, diba? So why not grab the oppurtunity.
You're not the one who ditched them. The company just simply had to make a decision back then to let you go. That's no big deal nowadays. So go for it if that's what you feel. Coz if you don't, chances are that you're gonna do a mediocre job with your current employer. And that's not fair for them.

at least show up sa interview and hear what more they would offer. you have bigger bargaining power now.

Whatever decision you make, keep your sister in mind. She got you the job so dont put her in a position where she will be uncomfortable on the job, if and when you leave. Give enough time for your current employer to find a suitable replacement if you decide to go back to your former employer.

It is not really your problem now that your former employer replaced you with an incompetent employee. Keep this in mind as well.

Actually tama ka dyan...dito sa bago kong work ok ng konti but most of the time wala masyado ako ginagawa which for me is unfair namn on the part of the employer. Well I'm doing my best naman kaya lang on their part o sa ibang tao ang pagkukulang. Alam mo yung gusto mo na sya matapos kaya lang lagi may kulang na kung pwede lang ako na *** ang gumawa gagawin ko...Haaayyy..kainis!!!

Sa dati naman my case is redundancy...kainis din...kasi naman pipili lang ng kapalit palpak pa...And my worry they did it to me before and they can do it again...yoko naman mangyari yun uli

anytime na kailangan mo ng money madali lang kahit magkano pa well at least reasonable amount..madali lang..like nagrequest ako today sa susunod na araw meron na which is very hepful talaga

if in doubt, desist. alamin mo muna kung ano ba talaga gusto mo, then find out kung kaya ibigay ng old company mo. consider mo, di lang benefits at sweldo, kungdi pati personal at career growth mo, yung working environment tsaka kung gusto mo ba yung trabaho. kung malinaw na isip mo, baka pati new company iwanan mo

comment lang, mukhang both companies hindi "ideal" ang management structure and general services, kasi nabanggit mo *** isa "walang hr, the big boss decides kung ano gusto pagawa, minsan wala masyado ginagawa" dun naman sa isa maraming iba rin ang umaalis, may redundaNcy of roles, palpak ang kinuhang kapalit. Unfortunately these are indicators of how much personal and professional formation you can expect from them. so pag--isipan mo talaga kung ano gusto mo and if ever you decide to have the interview be bold enough to assert your concerns (I think it is acceptable naman kasi you were there before, now a re-entry applicant by their request).

hmmmm...you have a good point there...haaaay... anyway I am thinking of staying na lang dito since opposed yung husband ko dahil nga even if I demand higher the current position of the new president sa old company is not enough assurance na they won't do it to me again...kasi lagi sila nagpapalit ng officer that's the trend there...hehehe

flattering to know that other officers want me back kasi nga daw effective ako dun sa position ko..well the only reason for the lay off was Power Tripper yung huli kong boss and he insists on everyone that he was the President and demanding magic actions from people na kinainis ng karamihan of course as an alipin what do I do..e di sumunod... ayown....pati ako damay pano the bading director bad trip sa kanya at plastikan ever sila...plus he put words on my mouth (the director) which wasn't true... tama ba yun hamak na rank and file hinamak pa lalo.

Fyi..the one na pinalit nila..hehehe..nagresign effective dec 22..she couldn't stand the pressure daw. Wish I could say "I told you sooo"

Hayyy...I am asking myself is it worth going back?? And I couldn't think of any good reason besides asking a higher pay (maging greedy ba?) well, that sort of thought got me thinking of karma...ayayyaay!!!
