Heres what happened to me:

I applied through email.
around 2 weeks later i get a txt for an exam invitation.
The exam was scheduled 2 days later, I went to take the exam(programming) and after there was an initial interview with the HR.

I didn't pass but the HR told me that if you pass you will get an email and you'll be scheduled for a technical interview then an interview from a PM/TL

Really? Me I applied through email also, got an exam invitation the following day. Took the exam and after lunch a technical interview. HR said they will contact us for HR with the hiring manager interview. Its different from what happened to you, how and when did you know that you didnt pass the exam and interview? TIA

better not limit your options if you don't get calls from them. you may want to try other companies, dami nag hahanap ng programmers with java experience

Senior Software Engineer

Technology professional who is willing to design, develop, and maintain the next generation Enterprise, Web and Mobile technology and platforms. Designs, develops, and maintains application solutions and software for customers based on specifications and requirements.

Qualifications:

Programming/Technical/Functional Skills. Unix/Linux Operating Systems and/or MS Windows Operating System
Programming Language Experience (C/C++, Java, Perl, PHP, .Net)

Optional Enterprise Mobility Software Development Skills (J2ME, Symbian)
