Dear Colleagues, Have just talked to Ma'am Ellen Cabrera re: accreditation process and have relayed to her the various concerns that some of you have emailed to me. 1. Where to pay and file the application for accreditation a. Pay the fee of P1,500 at PRC b. File the application form and submit the requirements at PICPA House. ACPAE / PICPA will assign one or two people to assist you and / or accept your documents. Place all documents in a brown envelope and make sure they are complete. Applications with incomplete documents will not be accepted. 2. Deadline for submission of application for accreditation Deadline is still May 15; however, applications submitted after May 15 will still be accepted. 3. Allocation of CPE units It is preferred that you classify the CPE units earned; however if it is difficult to do so- just submit the necessary documents as proof of the trainings and seminars attended. Kindly prepare a summary / list of these trainings and seminars to facilitate checking. Please feel free to email me if you have some concerns re: accreditation of accounting'teachers.
