In that lot, there will be 6 families which are all related with each other. The 6 are brothers/sisters and the lot is their compound. They plan to build it like a subdivision where each of them have their own homes and lots in that 2-3 hectare land. The lot planned is around 2 to 3 hectares for the 6 families. Would that be big enough? What if they also place a golf course? or any other relaxing things you would suggest? Is the place big enough?

2-3 hectares is 20,000-30,000 sqm. Now it really depends on the size of your ego if it will fit in that size of land.

A golf course + 6 houses? It'll depend on how big each house will have.. you have to think about the lot area + the garden and garage space per house. Unless you decide to put a communal garage, garden, pool/recreational space for the 6 houses...

Maluwag pa siya kung 6 houses lang. Yung sa GC naman, it's way too ambitious for the size -- buti kung bball court pa o mini golf. Kung driving range puwede din siguro depende sa SHAPE ng lot.

well here's some number for you to visualize how big your lot is:

a typical new manila house is about 600 sq. meters. that includes a big@$$ house with a big @$$ park space (6 cars?) and a big @$$ garden with a small @$$ guard house. all being fronted by a big @$$ wall and big @$$ gates.

so.. you tell me if 20,000 square meters is enough.


edit: i think the proper question is.. where is this lot located?

cause 2 hectares is cheap pag dun sa mga malabunduking lugar. i bet, di pa nila alam if an abu sayaf has made camp in their land pa. haha.
