Nagwo-workout ako ngayon sa gym na malapit lang sa bahay namin. Gusto ko lumipat sa Zest dahil mura na at very competent ang trainers. Kaso may concerns lang ako sa mga dadaan papunta dun at pauwi.
E ano ngayon kung nagwo-workout ako? Sige, sabihin natin malaki na katawan ko. E kung may lumapit sa akin na isang lalaki, at nagtutok ng kutsilyo o baril sa akin, may laban pa ba ako nun? Di ko isusugal buhay ko noh. At kung sa laki ng katawan ko e mabugbog ko man yung taong yun, e malamang madadali din ako ng mga "resbak" niya.

We have someone who comes to Zest regularly but goes home north to Bulacan almost everyday (maybe 4 times to train and 1-2 times to help out, hang around, and party).
Of course, i can't guarantee 100% safety since there really isn't any 100% safe place anywhere. But the odds should be low in our area.
If you do decide to come to Zest, let me know. I'll try to be there when you come

If you do not respect other threads and continue to spam, then I would surmise that you are desperate for sales and would be willing to lie to fool people, thus affecting your credibility. Due to your disrespect, I would also think that you would have terrible after-sales service since you would not bother to entertain complaints/problems after the sale since you would only be interested in getting the sale.

You also wonít be exclusively working to strengthen pull-ups, right? I am guessing that you are doing other stuff, like presses, deadlifts, etc etc? Iíll need to know this too because I need to see the whole picture to avoid over-training. But if you are exclusively working to improve pull-ups, I can come up with a more specialized routine.
Once you confirm, I will be able to determine what to let you do.

Bench Press - Max 40 Kilos
Squats - Max 70 Kilos
Dynamic Row - Max 45 Kilos
Standing Military Press - Max 30 Kilos
Deadlift - Max 45 Kilos
Pull Ups - ( since hindi ko kayang mag pullups..60 Kilos max lat pull down )
Wednesday and Friday ( new schedule, so no more threadmill at saturday's ) - Basketball
almost 4 months ko ng ginagawa pero nag start ako sa bar.. ika nga patience lang to avoid injuries.. kasi yung ibang lahi na trainor mali mali yung formation na tinuturo tapos nagtataka pa sa ginagawa ko..
addition.. i have a broken left elbow injury so my right arm is longer than my left (komang yung kaliwa ko ika nga )
Congratulations to another new trainee at Zest. Weighing around 136 pounds, he managed to max out with a 352 pound squat after only 3 months training. Note that this newbie never did full squats before when he trained in another gym called xxxxxxx xxxxx. He will max out in the deadlift his Tuesday where I think he will lift close to 400 pounds. He will join the novice meet in February. He trains 4 times a week and takes a long trip all the way from Cainta to train here.
