Hypothetical scenario: You got very ill (ex. needs a heart transplant surgery).
You get to choose between three doctors. Everything about the three doctors are the same except the country where they studied to be a doctor or got their medical license. That is, everything except their competence. One is from the US, one is from the Philippines, one is from Ethiopia. Which one would you chose? BTW none of them give a crap about your nationality.
