certificate of no marriage. proof na hindi pa kayo kasal ever. i think isa sa rqmts if apply kayo ng marriage license sa munisipyo.

A CENOMAR is not a requirement for marriage. It is only essential if you want to be certain that the civil status of the person you are marrying is still single and that he or she is unattached. This may be important since any marriage contracted while another one is still subsisting is considered as null and void under Article 35 (4) of the Family Code of the Philippines for being bigamous. Moreover, bigamy (the contracting of a second or subsequent marriage before the former marriage has been legally dissolved, or before the absent spouse has been declared presumptively dead by means of a judgment rendered in the proper proceedings) is also punishable as a crime under Article 349 of the Revised Penal Code. So if you have doubts regarding the civil status of your future spouse, it might be a good idea to procure a CENOMAR.

i have a problem din eh.. yung bf ko gs2 nya magpakasal sa akin, but he still have to file this cenomar, kasi kasal sya dati, like 7 yrs ago.
hanggang ngayon actually civil status nya eh single pa rin sa lahat ng mga documnets nya...
ang alam nya kasi, "hinugot" daw yung papel nila (marriage cert) bago pa napass sa census.
pwede ba yun? sana ganun nga ang ngyare, since magulo daw ang pamilya ng both parties that time..
pag asa nalang namin ay ang cenomar.. yun *** makakapagsabi talaga kung married ba sya or single.

may tanong ako.. kaya po ba ng 2weeks para sa civil? ganito kasi ang iniisip ko na steps na mangyayari pero mukhang bitin talaga kahit na anong pilit pagkasyahin hehehe pero kung hinde talaga pede eh di walang kasal na mangyayari talaga hehehe

day1: pagdating ni bf automatic derecho na sa NSO para kumuha ng birthcertificate namin saka cenomar ko kasi siya yung mas bata so ang kelangan daw eh ang parents advice
day2: isubmit na yung mga requirements
day2-13: waiting period para sa marriage license
day14: babalik na sa SG si bf

so saan ko po pede diyan maisisingit yung pagschedule ng seminar, pagseminar mismo, at pagkasal wbahahahah kalokaaa

pede din umaga magpakasal ng day14 kasi hapon naman ang alis ni bf nyahahaha mabilisan! kung sino po ang naikasal na baka pede nyo kami tulungan hehehe

You can attend bridal fairs. Lately, nag j join na ang NSO and yung company na nagdedeliver ng birth certs and cenomar sa mga bridal fairs. I forgot lang the name of the company. They'll deliver it to your house.

may tanong po ako.. may marriage cert. po kami ng una kong bf s NSO pero s local municipal nmin po eh wlang record,kc lumapit po kami nun dati s isang empleyado dun s municipyo n may kakila2 daw ** s NSO at kaya nyang ipasok yung cert ng kasal nmin. at ngkaroon nga po kami ng record s NSO pro s local municipal nmin eh wala.pro balak ko snang mgpakasal s iba, at mgpa2kasal sna po kami ng legal.hndi po b begamy at kinalabasan?kc s tingin ko eh hndi legal n kasal ko nung una dhil 19 po ako nun at wlang pirma yung mga magulang ko. pwede po b nyo akong payuhan?tnx
