Hi Everyone visiting Shanghai jsut in time for the Shanghai Rolex masters. I'm currently looking for hotels na okay maganda yung location. I'm going to Qizhong Stadium for one day lang so Mas okay kung sa City Centre na lang ako tumira. May nakakaalam ba paano pumuntang Qi Zhong Stadium?

Intercontinental Hotel. Holiday Inn. Unless you have business at the Arena, I would not recommend in that area. While there is a Metro line, you need to walk quite a distance. Taxi may not be that convenient as well.

It is near the airport by taxi.

just make sure you bring your winter gear. the winter here in China is different from anywhere else. it's biting here.

you're arriving Friday and leaving Tuesday so that's 5 whole days. More than enough for Shanghai. you can go to hangzhou (west lake) if you want.

You might want to visit a water town like Tongli or Suzhou (if they aren't frozen) since 4 days is too long for Shanghai alone.

Go to French Concession, Xintiandi, Tianzifang and the China Pavilion in the Shanghai Expo grounds.

Too many towers, no need to go up to all of their observation deck. 1 will do.

Ohh right! I was thinking if I should put Xintiandi and the French Concession since we are not into branded products. We're more into bargain markets )

How about the Big Bus Tour or the City sightseeing buses? Would you recommend them? Thank you so much!

Thanks Mr. Pathetic. Yes, have to be within the Arena area. Was looking at the more budget-friendly hotels via Agoda but I'm not so confident about the reviews for some reason.

Which Holiday Inn would be the one nearest? How about Marriot? Is it also near? [they say so in their website]
