Ang problema kasi, binaha ang mga daan patungo sa mga fiber optic cables kaya nahihirapan ang mga trak ng Destiny na dumaan sa lugar na iyon. It takes days to fix such cables.

Now that Destiny has been bought by Sky, as a customer Im worried for the possible changes just like what happened with Home Cable before. Mukang kailangan ng magcheck ng ibang cable providers. I was able to contact one of their technicians awhile ago and I was told that on Aug. 16 is their turnover. Kaya rin pala wala ng sumasagot sa kahit anong hotline numbers eh for this reason nga at hindi lang dun sa baha.
What irks me the most eh hindi pa pala reported yung signal interruption dito sa area namin. Kanina lang nila nalaman nung tinawagan ko. Pano nila malalaman eh hindi nga sila makontak, kailangan pa silang puntahan sa office nila sa ortigas which according to the agent I talked to eh maraming nagpunta para lang magreport. Poor customers...
In my case, I was able to contact one of the Destiny technicians through cellphone so I was able to keep in touch with him regarding our signal problem in Pasig. Our Destiny service was finally restored at past 1 am yesterday.

I suggest you go personally to their office located along Ortigas Avenue Extension before Ever Ortigas and complain politely. They're open from 9 am to 6 pm.
