Best Anti-Dandruff Shampoo: Head & Shoulders or CLEAR?

in fairness, head and shoulders menthol seems effective in controlling my dandruff...

clear, i have yet to try...

but the thing is, sometimes i think it is better to buy those not aggresively being advertised but known to be more effective, like Nizoral and Scalpex.

(with Clear's present ad campaign, it's like consumers are paying for it rather than the product they are buying.)

Yung Nizoral, gamot/treatment na kasi talaga, kaya effective talagang pantanggal ng dandruff. Yung Head & Shoulders and Clear, preventive solutions lang and taga-tanggal lang ng dandruff flakes.

when it comes to dandruff solutions, nothing beats Selsun Blue.

none of the above. for me, the best anti-dandruff shampoo is sunsilk. it was the only one that helped get rid of my dandruff.

^ minsan sa shampoo din, tsaka sa hair products, conditioner na di nababanlawan ng maigi, wax, gel... tsaka pag hindi tinutuyo ng maigi yung buhok pagkaligo or nagpawis.

H&S ang gamit ko, yung Green o kaya yung Blue.

Yung clear pag gumagamit ako sumasakit ang ulo ko dahil masyado siyang maamoy.

Pero pag malala na talaga, yung pag tinuklap mo anlalaki ng flakes Nizoral na gamit ko, twice a week, tapos sasalitan ko ng h&s. In a week manipis na, after 2 weeks tanggal na.

Yung iba sabi yung apple cider, lulunawin mo sa tubig, ipambabanlaw mo sa buhok. pantanggal ng build up kaya hindi ka daw babalakubakin.
