    Cool

I prefer the bomba movies of the early 80's like G.I. Babies
Dingding Lang Ang Pagitan. Maganda din Virgin Islands, educational pa!

    Scorpio Nights I

grabe ang mga eksena but it was artistically done..

magaling din ang mga actors...lalo na yung kaibigan ni daniel fernando na welder o mekaniko ba yun?

Virgin Forest - konti lang ang bold scenes compared to Scorpio Nights pero maganda ang backdrop. Yung pagtakas ni Aguinaldo from the Americans. Nakita mo din ang effect sa mga Kastilaloy na naiwan dito ang pagdating ng mga Kano.

Babae Sa Bubungang Lata - OK si Aya Medel.

Scorpio Nights/Boatman - Raw and unsettling.

Scorpio Nights, starring Anna Marie Gutierrez

It's a political statement. It's 1986, there is no hope, Marcos is in power, and all we can do is screw ourselves to death--or in their case, screw each other in the face of death, under the security guard husband's nose.

    Boatman, starrring Sarsi Emmanuelle.

Actually a very moral film, takes an old storyline--probinsyana goes to the city--then adds the unique milieu of the Pagsanjan boatman and Manila torero, live sex performer.

Init sa Magdamag, starring Lorna Tolentino.

The film (by Laurice Guillen, now directing Tanging Yaman), is the story of a woman who changes identities with each man she makes love to. Most successful evocation of Story of O to date, one of the most erotic films I've ever seen...and not a single frame of nudity. Extraordinarily sexy.

so far, the only ones i've seen are:
Patikim ng Pinya and Burlesk Queen (the Ina Raymundo version)

umm... in terms of the sex scenes, mas torrid yung Patikim ng Pinya... storywise, both movies suck.

any of you guys out there remember the experimental movies shown in the now haunted(?) manila film center?

    dun ang matitinding bold nun...

scarab, they have mentioned those ECP films shown at the film center: virgin forest, boatman, virgin people. tsaka shame (claudia zobel)

good points, noel. if i may add, scorpio nights is a metaphor of marcos screwing the whole country right under our noses. yun nga lang di bloody ang ending unlike the film.

jacob, babae sa bubungang lata is a very fine film but i would hardly qualify it as a bold film just because aya did some bold scenes there. but you're right, aya is OK. in fact, she was very good there. underrated film.

loki, you will forget unfaithful wife 2 once you've seen the first one, with jaclyn jose.

altarboy, walang virgin islands. merong virgin people, virgin forest at naked island. pero walang virgin islands.

dman, ekis is a bold film?

my personal fave is scorpio nights.next would be jaclyn jose's private show. award-winning film. the prequel of curacha.
