    purplemommy is right. since hindi nakapangalan sayo ang lupa at bahay na ipaparenovate mo, di ka pedeng magloan sa Pag-IBIG to renovate it. kelangan parents mo ang magloan at co-borrower ka lang, maski in reality ikaw ang magbabayad ng home renovation loan. at ang collateral nyo ay ang lupa at bahay ng parents mo. kung more than 20 years na ang bahay, ang balita ko, it would be considered as no value ng Pag-IBIG. yung lupa na lang ang i-aassess nila to determine the loan amount.

    Oh okay. So I can't make a loan ng ako lang kase hindi sakin nakapangalan bahay. Parents ko dapat tapos ako ang co-borrower. So gagamitin ba ang PAG-IBIG nila? Or pwedeng sa akin na lang? Thanks!

    since married ka na, hindi ka na pwede maging co-borrower, yan ang alam ko ah.

    my wife and I are going to apply for a loan under her name. Does it mean that even that her name will be indicated in the land title, it will still be both our property since we are married?

    in his case, PAGIBIG ng parents nya (since sila ang main borrower dahil sa kanila nakapangalan ang property) ang gagamitin, si MakaveliLives ang co-borrower (kung single pa sya).

    what if hindi maganda ang credit standing ko? most probably ba na hindi ako makapag-loan sa pag-ibig? may pag-asa pa ba akong mag-apply ng housing loan sa bank?

    Makaveililives, mas lalo ka di maaprove kapag ang parents mo ang principal borrower,. ginawa na namen ng mom ko un,. sabe ng pag ibig di qualified *** mom ko kc malapit na maging senior citizen
    Bale advise samen ako ang principal borrower.

    Actually, married na ko., problema ko is baka hanapan ako ng co borrower. Pero nun tinanong ko *** helpdesk ng pag ibig, kung kaya ng principal borrower *** monthly amortization di na kekelanganin ng co borrower. Sa five na katrabaho ko na nag housing loan or home improvement wala sa kanila hinanapan ng co borrower,.

    Yes, sinabi ko din naman don na di nakapangalan saken *** property sa parents ko hinanap lang saken *** parents sabe ko nasa bahay. Sabi saken SPA lang daw, pede ko naman gamitin un. Magpapasa na nga ako nextweek ng complete requirements ko..

    kung walang problem ang property ay pwedeng matapos yan ng 3 months. just in case hindi nakaya ng 3 months which is the allotted time given by pag-ibig, u can write an extension letter para valid pa din ang application mo at hindi ma-expired. 10 working days sa RD, 10 working days sa BIR, u need also the certified true copy ng title wherein nakalapat na in ur name. in my experience kailangan mong followup lagi ang documents mo para asikasuhin nila lalo na sa RD sobrang hirap makipagcoordinate dyan, sasabihin sayo 30 days daw bago makuha kahit na may policy sila na 10 working days ***, kaya kailangan mo talagang kulitin sila.

    kung ikaw ay single, meaning ur parents pa din ang iyong immediate family, pwede mong gamitin ang pag-ibig mo para sa renovation ng haus ng parents mo kahit hindi nakapangalan sayo ang title ng property, provided na magbibigay ng authorization letter ang parents na pwede mo e-mortgage ang property sa pag-ibig. try mo umattend ng seminar at dinidiscuss ang issue na to.
