Decidedly, UE has the edge in their matchup against Ateneo later. The starting unit of Ateneo simply isn't showing any of it's form to make each of them deserve to be in the starting five. The victories of Ateneo were due to the surprise performance of the bench - most specially Ford Arao.
If the starting unit of Ateneo doesn't show up, they'll be in for a very long afternoon.
Can you and your pep squad now act like you're actually in college now? You know, where plagiarism and ripping off another's work isn't something that should be tolerated?
Yeah. I heard that. It's pathetic. And I think it's also quite ironic that they even had a banner talking about originality in yesterday's game.
UE only started cheering in the "traditional" manner in the late 1990s at the absolute earliest. Prior to that, as with most other UAAP schools, UE simply did cheerdancing.
When the Ateneo joined the UAAP in 1978, it was the only school with a cheering tradition. You will see, if you can get a copy of the 1987 UAAP championship, that there were no cheers or drums heard from the UE side. The only time another school had a cheering tradition in the UAAP was when La Salle came in. A few years later, in the early 1990s, UST started cheering.
CHEAP TALK. I agree, mahiya UE pep. Para silang FEU. Did you see FEU fans dancing yesterday at the La Sal- Adamson game? nakakatawa sila. Same with UE, dba pareho lang sila ng FEU?
ders nothing wrong with cheering for ur skul....isa pa,eh sa msaya sila eh pkialam nyo ba?,their just going with the flow of the excitement....just watch the game and stop minding other people's business..
GO recto boys! ipatikim niyo ang kamandag ng mga tunay na mandirigma!!! HHHAAAA hhHHHHOOO<300>heheh
Well, I enjoy watching a UE-DLSU game. It is usually a close game...
But with the cheers..... ahmmmm... pabayaan na natin sila!
^^^ Well, better than talking about their "UGALI".
Putting yourself on top of the other is a no-no...
That has been the flow of the discussions here!
Just to put a stop on it!
We are La Salle!!!
Animo La Salle!!!
