    Exclamation Parental Advice

    Hi,

I'm 24 and my fiancée is 27. From what I understand I will need to have a parental advice as part of the legal requirements for a marriage license. However, I'm not in good terms with my family. As a matter of fact, I have not communicated with them for how many months now and have no future plans to do so.

In short, I separated ways with them. Is there any way that I can do without the parental advice?

I appreciate any info on this. Thanks.

why not just wait? ilang buwan na lang ata... because once you reach the age of 25 i think there will be no need for parental advice... sandali na lang yun, sigurado ka pa na talagang legal yun at hindi ma-de-declare eventually na null and void... better research on the Family Code of the Philippines... andun lahat yun... tinuro kasi sa amin nung college... para sigurado na din dahil matagal na panahon na yun...

    I have a question also.

My brother is turning 25, and his wife turning 24. They were civilly married in Canada because the wife's family is Christian and against the union because we are Catholic. now, they both decided to have Catholic rites here next year. The problem is, she can't ask for parental advice coz her parents wont speak to her.

How do we get their marriage license?
