I have a friend from SLI.

Jave training for (4-6 months i think and with allowance) but 3 years bond (150k), with a 9k starting salary.
Takenote the bond is not pro-rated. Kung 2.9 years ka na nag sserve then mag rresign ka, you'll pay 150k parin because its supposed to be a 3 year bond.

They will let you sign a blank check which they can deposit to a bank with your name on it for 150k, if ever you do not finish your bond.

SLi wasted so many opportunities for my friend, with the greedy terms in their bond and low starting salary.

I think any agency (with training terms) would be ok compared to SLi.

Their official website even has birthday greetings, it's very unprofessional.

noong fresh grad pa lang ako, nag apply ao diyan hehe ganyan din offer...habang nasa training ka ay may allowance ka lang na 200+/ day hehe

Nagaapply ** sa company na toh as a Java Programmer Trainee, actually na dis is my 2nd tym n mag aapply dito, nag failed ako dun sa 2nd exam ko w/c is flowcharting.. kaya d ako nkpasok, and now my chance ako ulet *** mpasa un, can you give me some site, or *** n ano n pde mreview related dun sa 2nd exam sa SLI?

habol ko *** sna muna mag k experience..*** puro negative ang nrrnig ko na salary and compensation sa company n toh,, heheh )

I bet there are other companies who can offer you the experience you want with reasonable salary and benefits.

wag mo na lang ituloy dahil syang lang pamasahe sa ganitong kumpanya ako nag-exam ako dito pumasa ako sa unang exam pero sa pangalawa na tumagal ako ng 3 oras tapos tinignan lang ng saglit nung HR sabay bigay ng isang papel na may kasamang "Thank you"

yes mahirap *** second set nila ng exam.. flowcharting ata tawag dun.. nagexam dun cousin ko ayun pumasa nmn pero mahirap daw **** ang exam..

pre pede ba malaman *** alternates or similar companies na nagttrain ng entry level applicants pero hindi naman ganito ka grabe.

wag na kayo mag-apply sa company na to kung fresh grad man kayo or wala pa kayong experience as a programmer. sa iba nalang kung may choice naman kayo.

Actually, more than that ang advice ko. Kahit may experience kayo, wag kayong mag-apply dito! Unless na desperate na talaga kayo at wala talaga kayong mahanap na trabaho.

hello there, nag exam na din ako jan.kaso natameme ako sa 2nd part ng exam,hindi koxa magets, feel ko tuloy npakahina ng utak ko. sa mga nag exam jan ,kindly explain nga kung panu yun?flowcharting ** eh, yung ibang box dun blank lahat panu naman masasagutan yun????

well, may mga kilala din naman kasi ako dito na mga experienced programmer, at mukhang ok sila sa pay nila. depende nalang if you want the money or the benefits. pera lang kasi meron dito.

pero yun, hanap nalang kayo iba if you really want to learn at may job security din lalo na kung bago palang kayo.
