Many of the online jobs usually require jobbers to pay something first for either the program or the subscription before they can start working. I really don't think these arrangements will be palatable for many.

I would suggest that aside from affiliate advertising like adsense, home-based workers may consider PayPerPost or SponsoredReviews. Both of these gave me an opportunity to earn decent income without spending anything. The resources that they require only include a blog and the bloggers writing skill. That's all. Try them out to know what I'm talking about.

Why do they need to email you rush2_gurl? Why not just post the online jobs here for everyone to see and analyze if it is really a legit offer or just a scam?

I also agree with sweetwahm that 'Get a Freelancer' is a good site for those who wants to venture into serious online jobs. However, for those who are holding a regular job like me and cannot afford to take a risk this early of quitting that job to go full-time online, then blogging and earning from sponsors and ads is the way to go.

And now, 7 days later, you are telling us that it is a scam. Hmmm ... how did you found out, if you don't mind me asking?

Now you post another link to odesk and ask those who are interested in joining, to sign-up and post their resume. It is still not a guaranteed work per se, but just an application process, right? And you earn by reffering them to that site.

How can we be sure that it is not like the first case where after a long process of providing relevant info, the participants or applicants will not be left hanging? May guarantee ba to?

Sorry for being direct in my question, but I also wanted to protect the unsuspecting posters here who are not familiar with the m.o. used by many fly-by-night companies.
