    Course Offerings for Children and Adults:

    1. Individual Lessons (Instruments)

    (14 – ˝ hour lessons once a week, for 14 weeks) Fee: 4,720.00

    (14 – 1 hour lessons once a week, for 14 weeks) Fee: 9,340.00

    (All Schedules are to be arranged upon enrolment)
    Piano, Harpsichord, Jazz Piano (Level Four in Piano), Jazz Improvisation (Wind Instruments), Voice, Music Composition 1
    Winds and Percussion (Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, Saxophone, Trumpet,
    French Horn, Trombone, Tuba, Drums, Marimba, Recorder)

    Strings (Violin, Viola, Guitar, Cello)

    Rondalla Instruments (Banduria, Octavino, Laud)

    Asian Instruments (Kulintang, Bamboo, Kalingga, Japanese Koto, Gamelan,

    Angklung instruments)

    2. Ballet Classes

    Baby Ballet I: (4 - 6 years old) Fee: 4,020.00

    Children’s Ballet I: (7 - 10 years old) Fee: 5,980.00

    Course Description:

    This course is designed to develop children’s understanding of the different musical elements through enjoyable creative experiences such as singing, instrumental playing, body movements, listening, and other psychomotor activities. A culminating program will be presented at the end of the course.

    4. Vocal Ensemble (14 Meetings) Fee: 4,020.00

    5. Reading Solfege (14 Meetings) Fee: 4,020.00

    6. Music Theory Class for Adults (21 hours) Fee: 5,980.00

    NEW COURSES !!!

    * BASIC CONDUCTING

    * covers the aspects of basic conducting technique (i.e. conducting different time signatures, tempo, cueing, entrances & releases etc.).

    * at the end of the course, the student is expected to be able to conduct and lead a musical ensemble using the techniques learned from the course.

    * MUSIC OF OUR WORLD

    A survey of music around the world connecting the study of various musical forms with the history and culture of their place of origin. The course shall cover different periods in music history: Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic and 20th Century.

    * INTEGRATION OF SINGING & ACTING

    A practical course that aims to develop the skills required to sing and act the same time. Through specially devised, individual and group exercises, participants will acquire an awareness of how music, text and stage action can combine to form a single powerful expression. The course will explore crucial topics such as the unification of real time and musical time; moving from speech to song; sustaining emotions while singing; and combining free dramatic expression with formalized musical structures.
