    Tech support lang ang job mo pag na punta ka sa mga tech accts no overlapping of jobs dito meron din CCA for a uk acct pero billing yun. 1 month ang training easy naman yun acct and you should take a lauguage assesment test prior to applying. check the previous postings for details

    @dirt ... although like sa ibang center .. may chances kahit tech ka ... a biling or a sales inquiry will come in ... may mga process naman

    in my case, training is a month a half, ONLY if you pass all training, else uultin mo product training or nesting ...

    try applying ... this is my first call center work actually and i am having fun

    Ok, so the training is more than a month.and if you failed some of the exams during the nesting period, they will still give you a chance.

    @geraldo- what kind of process? If you receive a billing inquiry, transfer the call immediately to billing ccs's?

    @masterbait 28-are you handling the internet connection or the telecoms account?

    Is ACCS different with Accenture Technology Solutions?

    I was interviewed by people from ATS. Got 3 phone interviews (Initial interview, voice test interview (Interviewer is from India), and Technical Interview (from India as well)). Then final interview was conducted by a Senior Manager, Mr. Ed Vizo (Im not sure of the spelling). I am a Computer Engineering graduate and wanted to pursue my career in Information Technology. Im currently working at Convergys as a DSL Tech Support Rep, and I applied at ATS as a Service Desk Agent. In a couple of days from now, there will be a TL opening here at Convergys and I have a 65% chance of getting that position. But im still not sure. Do you think getting the Service Desk Agent position is a good move? or should I go for the TL position here in Convergys? Need your advice. Thanks.

    Yes ATS is different from ACCS where handling Contact center operations whereas ATS is more on IT Infrastructure or something. I guess you should look for the monetary offer of ATS I heard they give out good compensation packages

    Thanks for the info. HR haven't called me up yet, im still waiting for their call. Sana makapasok ako, I've heard a lot of great things about Accenture, including the Tech trainings, compensation package and other benefits. I will definitely transfer as soon as Accenture HR give me the "GO" signal.

    HI Adam,

    Accenture (ACN) has three components:

    ACN Technology Solutions - IT
    ACN Contact Center Services - Call center
    ACN BPO - BPO

    I know who interviewed you You got the first name right, but wrong 2nd name. Anyway, if you had 3 interviews already, i think you're almost there. The Service Desk is a relatively new team and is on gradual expansion. and yeah, ATS pays well. If you are after technical trainings as well, then joining ACN is a right choice.

    You can check the other threads in this forum. Marami na jan about ACN, esp abt the tech side.
