Kase most of the people applying for visas in Taiwan are the domestic helpers, factory workers type. When you visit TECO's office, you'll know.
medyo intimidating nga sila, intimate masyado ang relationship nila dun hahahaha I went there naka-jeans lang ako (straight from work), I was asked by the Manong agent (sa agency sila for sure kasi santambak ang dala nila papers) kung saan agency daw ba ako nag-work kasi ngayon lang daw niya ako nakita e araw-araw daw siya nandoon. Nung sabi ko na I will go to Taiwan for F4, natawa lang siya.

Ma-approve pa din yung visa ko? Though I've been to SG and HK naman. Thanks in advance.
Kelangan lang statement of your bank account, not necessarily the type na hinihingi sa US embassy for US visa. Try borrow money then ideposit mo sa account mo tapos withdraw-in mo after ma-grant ang visa. That's what I did. Lalo yan at tourist ka and you have a relative working there.

I am not really sure (I didn't applied for visa kasi until the week before my flight) pero feasible is 1st week of February siguro.

Nakalagay naman sa visa na DURATION OF STAY STARTS FROM THE NEXT DAY OF ARRIVAL.

If unemployed, bank statement lang pwede na, para lang makita nila if financially-capable ang Mom mo. But if you'll be shouldering her expenses, your documents will surely have a bearing on her visa app.

    Hello guys..
Im going to Kaohsiung this coming Feb 24-26. Nakita ko kasi tong all-in fares going to Kaohsiung (500 rountrip na), so I booked it right away not knowing I would need a visa.

I'm unemployed ngayon so basically ang mapapakita ko lang na financial documents is the bank certificate from my Peso Time Deposit sa Metrobank. Would it suffice na po?

I also don't have a confirmation email from the hotel since doon na ako mgbabayad and its just a small hostel, not a fancy one.
I've already travelled to Shanghai, Malaysia & Singapore. I hope it would give a boost to my application.

I would appreciate a feedback from you guys.
    Thank you.

mahigpit ang teco sa mga unemployed, must na you have CoE/letter of leave from your HR. dami kasi nagti-TNT sa kanila lalo pa't working age. pwede mo i-present your previous CoEs, and very detailed itinerary of your trip. Do you have a separate savings account? I have very few money sa bank account ko (payroll account pa) pero I got approved cause of my very detailed IT and leave letter from company HR.

Hostels usually sends out email confirmation of reservation, try to ask them, if pwedeng in Chinese (and English of course) mas okay. Bring a print-out na din of your plane e-ticket, hopefully makatulong.

They will require you to present a photocopy and the original.
