UK Company seeks outsourcing advice

Hi all!

I wanted to get some advice regarding the best way to hire one or more people from the Philippines. Currently, I am thinking of having people working from home on their own PC's. Looking for SEO specialists, copywriters, content writers and web developers.

Questions:

1. From your experience, how motivated would someone be to work from home? Do you think they would get the work done or play around?

2. Should I instead go to a company like www.agentsofvalue.com where they work in a controlled office environment?

3. Do you think most Filipinos would not want to take a job is the shift is 4pm to 12pm in your time zone?

4. How important is size of salary to a Filipino and do you think having performance incentives as the major part of salary is effective in ensuring good job performance?

5. Are there many Filipinos looking for home based work? If so, why?

6. Do many Filipinos have a computer at home with a broadband connection?

Answers to the above would be really useful, thank you!

Regards,

Jon
