Leif, may salary grade kc silang sinusunod. depende kung may work experience ka and kung fresh grad. Associates *** twag sa min. prang agents sa call center. mas maganda if you will work sa night shift kc we have night diff allowance and hazard pay. We don't have bonds. may life insurance and healthcare ksama pti dependents mo **** probationary k plng. As of the moment *** png calls, pero i've heard magkakaroon na rin *** ng call center bka sa last qtr of this year. When you say very professional ang mga employees, do you mean to say hindi sila astang "high school kids"? One thing I noticed when I worked in call centers was the high school culture na puro pormahan and rampahan and the high degree of superficiality among agents (except for my first account, nagkataon siguro na substantial o sensible ang mga kasamahan ko sa Libis). May mga 30ish and up bang mga agents dyan sa Manulife sa operations?

nag apply ako dto, i took the iq test, math test tpos typing test. got the initial interview tpos tatawagan nlang daw ako tom. pero yung iba from initial interview dretso agad final. *** malamang ayaw nila sken....

The work here has some similarities to some of the back office departments of IBS in Libis. What I can say about this company from my source who is an officer of the company is that they pass on the savings of their in-house operations[instead of outsourced] towards better pay for their employees.

Ano ang range ng basic salary dito sa Manulife for experienced call center agents and BPO analysts with over 1.5 yrs call center experience and another 1.25 yrs BPO experience? I applied and asked for a basic salary of 25k (which is what I'm getting at my current legal outsourcing job, but which happens to suck bigtime due to politics and wishy-washy project and personnel management). The HR girl then thanked me for my time and said that they will "just call me". Argh!

Dapat siguro 20k lang ang basic na hiningi ko. Kasi ang gusto ko lang naman talagang mangyari eh makakuha ng net takehome pay (incldg night diff and allowances) na hindi bababa ng 20-21k per month. My basic pay right now is 25k, so I take home only 19.5k (kasi walang night diff and allowances, since hindi naman kami call center kundi regular day job). Just imagine how much I'd get to take home if nakalusot sa call centers ang basic salary range request ko na 25k!

confirm ko lang po *** nature ng ops nyo, since manulife is an insurance company. what is the nature of your ops? as in, plain back office opss ba kayo? if yes, how? do you process new & existing insurance apps, claims, remittances & what not? if there are calls involved, what is the percentage of it? lastly, about the pay, if you can provide me with a prospective salary cap of an employee there, that would be much appreciated.
