I still love this company in spite of pressures, inconsistencies and erring employees. Each company has their own share of issues pero people driven with positive mindset lang ang makakatagal. I won't recommend this company to those na lagi na lang mareklamo and everything that they see eh problema. Manulife also offer boundless opportunities for those who seek it, at hindi sa naghihintay lang.

guys paano nyo nakuha backpay nyo? pupunta lang ba ako sa kahit anong citibank na branch o mas specified talagang branch? di ko kasi madeposit sa savings account ko hay..

Nag apply po ako dito last week - BPA, tapos na final interview na po ako - gabi non, sabi sakin ng nag interview sakin marami pa daw sya iinterviewin so di pa nya mabibigay sa hr yung evaluation nya, tatawagan nalang daw ako ng hr maybe tom or early next week.

mga 5 days na akong naghihntay.. tatawagan pa kaya nila ako for job offer?

I was hired as Customer Service Associate. They processed my application for 2 days only. The exams are moderate to hard but its manageable(time pressure)..hehe..I just finished my 1 week communication training and another would be next week.

So far ok pa naman. malalaman ko ang lahat pag sa production area na ko by 2nd week of march..

Benefits and Salary are very competitive compared to established call center industry. Ayaw ko sana sa CSR coz i want a Back Office post but i need to wait another year for me to be able to transfer in different unit..haayyyssst..

Meron bang mga galing CGB-CSC dito?any inputs with regard to behavior/manner/attitude towards talking with CSR?..THANKS

guys, may alam ba kayo tungkol sa account na to cdn IIc. like kung madami ba calls, okey ba mga tao and *** account mahirap ba..

walang Calls sa CIIC.. depende kung saan kang unit mapupunta. Non voice yan.. unless CSC (CONTACT SERVICE CENTER) ka mapupunta. yun ang may calls.. pero dyan.. wala yan..

Used to work with Manulife pero already resigned for a very long time..

Manulife will open Japanese account. Pero for internal lang ang pioneer batch nito. Training is 1 year yata every MWF. And then after that, may bond kayo na 2 more years. While on training naman pag nagresign ka, babayaran mo yun. So kung dedicated ka talaga, go-go ka dyan. May pros and cons din.

Na-share ko lang. Ansaya sana nyan! Kaya lang mahirap pumasok ng training ng maaga tapos magwowork ka pa after. Patayan.
