i went there thursday..came at 1030 then I left 430..supposedly til 5 me dun kung nainterview me ng HR director daw... you'll take 3 kinds of typing tests after the IQ, English Proficiency/reading comprehension and analytical. actually yung mga IQ tests muna then initial interview then typing then sa HR director daw.. interviewer asked me if I can stay there til 5 for the interview nga..tpos come 430, the person hus gonna interview me was having a teleconference meeting with people in the US daw.Eh it would be unfair naman daw if I'll wait til 6 coz thats the time na mage-end meeting..so they will call na lang daw for resched of the interview..wala lang..wanna fish sana kung may mga nagaply din 'coz their ofc is very very accessible to me..kahit graveyard pa sya, sobrang ok..wala pang 30 minutes or kahit 15 minutes andun na ko..kaya yun..haaaaaayzz...sana may pexer na nagaply para makapgtanong..haaayzz

So what are the openings here at Manulife as of the moment? What are the back-office positions? Is there a bond? How much are the night differential and allowances given on top of basic salary? Is basic salary based on how much previous call center/BPO experience one has, or is it a flat rate for entry-level agents/analysts, regardless of how long you've been in the outsourcing industry?

Guys, nag-apply din ako sa Manulife, One day lang nalaman ko na agad na tanggap na ko! Bka nagkataon *** na di tlaga available *** HR Director. Guys, maganda dito sa company na ito. Try nyo mag-apply. They are in need of Business Process Associates... kahit fresh graduates basta good comms. Mababait pa mga tao lalo na *** mga taga- HR.... nag-start na ko nung May 14, 2007 and so far happy naman kming lahat sa batch namin. Maganda benefits - may meal allowance, transpo and comm allowance pa. plus *** night diff ** 10% of your Basic salary and hazard pay - 5% of your basic salary din... may monthly attendance incentive pa! apply na kayo ... MOndays thru fridays lang ang pasok unlike sa call center na pabago-bago ng shift and day-off
