hello! i happen to search about this company and it caters e-learning to those who want to enroll in short courses (management, programming) at the comfort of your home or any place with internet connection. is this as effective as the classroom type of learning?

also i read that UPITTC offers short courses at a much cheaper price compared to other training istitutions. are they that strict when it comes to number of students per class?
