    Pampalaki ng muscle

    How can you compare soya milk by its protein content to whey or creatine? Alin ang mas madaling magpalaki ng muscles. Kasi mas mura ang soya milk at pweding gawin sa bahay. Marami pa makakainum sa family. Ito ang iniinum ko before and after the workouts.
