Then the recruiter named Era or Ira told me that they'll text or call me either I pass or fail. But up until now, wala paring feedback from them. Papano ko pa ipaffollow up yung status ko? Maraming salamat.

Compensation and benefits wise maganda dito... Competitive... Is your tech support experience a hardcore one? Yung tipong alam na alam mo yung mga pasikot sikot. The thing is being a PSE in IM doesn't only require you to be knowledgeable in one thing, you should know a lot from simple cables to complex networking and the likes... the thing is you will not only support 1 product, you will support multiple products (ie. WD, Seagate, Canon, Epson, Cisco, Juniper etc...) And since you'll be talking to a lot of business owners and the likes, they will also check or even scrutinize your grammar and comprehension.... If you think you are, then go.

final interviews depends on the department you'll end up with. What i can say is that just try to sound confident in every question they ask. Like for example, if you were asked how you start your day... don't answer it with "i start my day with the usual things i do..." sablay un... add a little flair on that...

grabe tagal ko na hintay for the sched ng final interview for sales support non voice dayshift. sabi magttxt na lang daw kase ala pa start date. ask ko lang why are they ramping to interview applicants wala pa pala start date.

Ano po dresscode dito? Pwede ba jeans and polo or dapat business attire? Thanks!

The proposed date ata ng mga dayshift would be this june, hindi ko lang sure kung kelan yung specific or exact start date...*
But i heard half of the operations in IM APAC will be transferred over to Manila site.
