di ko na maalala kahit nung april 28 ng gabi lang ako nag apply.. hehe..

nag apply din kasi ako sa thomson reuters... sa dami ng floor numbers di ko na maalala..

IM NOT SURE BUT I THINK THEY DONT ACCEPT WALK IN APPLICANTS..

they will ask you if you have a schedule..

Wala na po ako sa IM since December 2009 pero marami pa rin ako contacts. Most of my friends are there . 3 years and 9 months din po ako dun since nung asa ePLDT pa lang sila sa may The Fort.

Kung gusto nyo po mag tech I could refer you to the right people. Unfortunately, wala ako kakilala sa ibang department.

sa 12th Floor po yung main ng Ingram. Yung 14th floor po andun yung recreational facilities nila like Billiards, LCD TV, Ping Pong Table, Etc.

Dati pinapaupahan nila yung part ng 14th floor sa ibang call center. Pero I'm sure once nag start na yung sales, customer service, etc baka sa 14th sila ilagay.

*** i applied for the sales non voice, but apparently it looks like they really wanted to place me on their Customer Service L.O.B.

Heres what i have taken so far.

Initial Interview- which took like 20 mins.
my recruiter then told me that i have to take an exam so for them to know what lob i best fit for.

Then another interviewer called my name...i got interviewed again..
i think shes from CS.

then my recruiter told me that the Process Manager isnt there and is in the US ,as of the moment, he told me that he will get in touch with me and let me know the schedd of Final Interview.

Last friday i got notified that my Final Interview will be on May 10....

wooohooo...


I really hope that they offer me a contract..

I heard that this company pays good .... really really good.


I also heard that Customer Service L.O.B. will start sometime in JUNE.. and its BATCH 1.

uhm di naman ganun kadami ang kasabayan ko, kasi by schedule pagpunta ng mga applicants dun not like sa mga call center na bongga pag pumunta ang mga applicants..

i was there around 1030pm... i finished around 230am...

may candies.wafers and biscuits dun,,,

Precisely. However, I ain't got the luxury financially. I've been unemployed for almost 6 months now. Commuting to and from one prospective employer can be costly. In addition to that, you would have to spend money to eat out if the application process takes longer than usual.

I received an email earlier from Ingram Micro, asking me to drop by tonight I guess for my initial interview. I'm thinking if I'll give it a shot or not.

@ [BloodLust]: Thanks sa info. Sayang wala ka na sa IM. I'm not sure if I can do Tech kasi my experience is both Customer Service and Sales. Try ko na lang mag-submit ng resume thru Jobsdb.

did someone already get an offer na? give some idea naman how MUCH do they offer. and is't true na June 1 na next batch ng Customer Service post jan sa IM? para makapag-prepare na ako at makapag-apply. i just resigned last night and a month of being an out-of-work bum is just enough to rest (and enjoy life.......)

Nung andun ako ganto range ng tech pero sabi ng mga barkada ko dun medyo tumaas na...

Tech Support 1:
Basic is around 20-22k plus plus

Tech Support 2:
Basic is 24-25k plus plus

Techsupport Engineer
Basic is 25-27k plus plus

Pros:
-Fixed Night Differential. Kahit ano shift mo may makukuha ka.
- Sat-Sun off
-Fixed yung sched. Graveyard shift po.
-Okay mga fellow techs mo dito. May team spirit. Di uso dito pataasan ng ihi. Pag may angas ka.. I assure you di ka magtatagal dito

Cons:
-Toxic ang workload dito. Most of the time lunok lang pahinga mo.
-Office Politics lalo na sa management.
-Di naman madalas pero minsan may dispute sa sahod, etc.
Ako malapit na mag 5 months na ayaw pa rin ibigay back pay ko. Galing ng accounting and payroll nila, no?
