(me kakilala ko 4 years na sa telus 16k lang basic)
HMO provider is intellicare. 85k for 1 year. hindi nila sagot ang dependents. salary deduction pag eenroll mo sila. JEEZ.
CSR dayshift account
basic Salary 14,000 (12,500 taxable / 1,500 non-taxable)
Meal Allowance Php 75 daily (taxable)
Transportation Allowance Php 75 daily (taxable)
Note: Allowance is computed daily. (150 x no. of days worked)
no night diff since dayshift ka nga
NO HMO AS PER MY JO
for tsr 18k basic + 3k allowance ang pinakamataas na binibigay nila
17k basic + 2k allowance
once you pass training plus 1k transpo allowance
10% night diff
upon regularization magiging 18k ang basic tas 20% night diff
HMO is provided by intellicare. 1.5 dependents included
12 vl and 12 sl. but heres the thing. *** naaccumulate vl and sl mo within the 6 months probationary period ay ndi considered. vls and sls will start once regularized.
17k basic + 3k allowance (non taxable)
HMO is given after 1 month. dependents included
vl is 16. sl 10 and emergency leave is 5.
20% night diff
MAY BOND na 25k for 6 months )))))
16.5k basic + 3k attendance bonus
