Kung mag aapply ka sa Ingram Micro I suggest mag apply ka na sa inhouse nila sa McKinley Hills since malapit na ipullout yung sa ePLDT nila sa The Fort. PAgkaakalam ko mga hanggang August or September na lang yun and yugn ibang agents ay ililipat na sa Mckinley.

Di ko sure mga available positions since I've already left the company. Pero based from what I know, they are shutting down their locations in India, etc and lalagay karamihan ng operations sa Pinas so magkakaron ng maraming openings.

Last I've heard they are looking for Tech Support, Sales Agents, Customer Reps, Finance and Accounting, Team Leads, Etc..

Sa tech support, toxic ang environment since most of the time lunok lang pahinga mo. Fixed yung night differential kaya it doesn't matter ano oras shift mo kuha mo pa rin night diff mo.

Okay mga makakasama mo sa floor lahat kalog I can't say the same for the management kaya no comment na lang ako.

Tama po si purple_butterfly. Wala kasi sila HR people pag umaga. One day process sila and malalaman mo agad pag nakuha ka or hindi.

Usually, sa tech, pinapa buddy-up ka nila sa mga agents sa floor para may idea ka sa work na gusto mo pasukin pagtapos ng interview.

sales support non voice ang inaapplyan ko,,pero gusto talaga nila daw ** ilagay sa cust svc...

ive had my initial interview,,, tapos sabi mag exam daw ako para alam kung saan ako bagay.. if sales.tech or cs ...


i waited ,pero ininterview ako ulet...

then my recruiter told me that the process interviewer , ** yung final interview ko ehh wala daw.. nasa US daw...he told me that they will call for the schedule of my final interview...


ayun natatakot na ako baka failed ako..

ganito ba talaga?? process nila... it takes time??

Di ka naman siguro fail kaya wag ka magalala. Kung ako sayo iconsider mo yung tech since mas malaki sweldo nila kesa sa Sales or Customer Service.
