apply there! wala sila training bond. at least they treat all applicants professionals. they know na responsible tayo of our actions. kng nag-commit ka, then give your best shot kasi they gave you the opportunity to work with them.

major factor would be the shift..yaw na nila mag-graveyard..pwede part sila ng isang training class, den they failed..den, magkakasma sila nag-apply dyan..tapos natanggap sila!!!! yehey!!!!

those people you're talking about definitely failed the training- core skills? heheh! chaka malamang gusto nila "dodo"- morning shift to diba kase australian? aun, hindi panget ang management ng vxi nasa tao na yun mismo, in the first place call center to so expect na nila talaga na gy shift sila..siguro yung mga yan eh nagtry lang ng gy then a few months aalis na. big factor **** gy like what cookie said, not with management..or better yet ask them about vxi's management...

mahigpit ang VXI pag dating sa training...well, maybe because VXI pays well kaya they make sure na screened talaga yung papasok sa production nila.

based on the feedbacks that i heard, okay naman ang management sa VXI actually pro-agent nga sila. yun nga lang, you really need to work hard. hindi pwede sa VXI ang tamad at iresponsableng empleyado.
